FTP Instructions

*If the file you would like to upload is over 9 mb please follow the directions on using WS-FTP below. If the file you would like to upload is under 9mb feel free to email it to us.

Using WS FTP To Upload Files:
To download a free copy of WS-FTP LE CLICK HERE .
Once you have downloaded and installed WS-FTP LE please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Open WS FTP LE and click "New".
Step 2: 1st box - Create profile name - type in "Softwarepublishers"
Step 3: 2nd box - Host name/Address - type in "www.softwarepublishers.com"
Step 4: 3rd box - Host type - Automactic detect should be selected.
Step 5. 4th box - User Name - type in "softwarepublishers" (all lower case)
Step 6: 5th box - Password - type in "softpub123" (all lower case) Make sure the "save password" check box is selected.
Step 7: You have now finished creating a new FTP profile - click the ok button and it will connect you to our FTP server.

Step 8: Now that you are connected you need to select the file you would like to upload. You will see that the WS-FTP program has two boxed areas - the left side is "Your local machine" and the right side is "The remote site". Navagate the left side as you would in windows explorer until you locate the drive and folder of the file that you want to upload. Highlight the file on the left screen by clicking it once. You will see two arrows in between the left and right boxed areas, click the arrow that points toward the "remote site" ( > ) to upload your file.

Step 9: When your file is finished you will see a message at the bottom of the WS-FTP program screen that says "file transfer complete". When you are done click the exit button at the bottom of the program screen to exit.

Step 10: CLICK HERE to email us when you are done.
